I spent nearly two decades in the music and entertainment industry before finding my way to travel. Logistics, service, making something feel effortless when it’s anything but: turns out that’s the same job, just with better scenery.

I stepped away from that fast paced world to raise my twin sons, now teenagers. Coming back to work, I came back with a clearer sense of purpose: travel that means something, planned by someone who’s lived enough of it to know the difference.

I grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and have called Atlanta, Miami, Memphis, and Nashville home along the way. In 2004, I moved to New York City for a job with Sony Music, where I met my husband, who's originally from Croatia. Our trips back to his home country over the years gave me an appreciation for the region I couldn't have gotten any other way, and turned into the specialty I'm known for. I plan trips everywhere, but Croatia is where I go deep.

I'm based in the "Gold Coast" area of Connecticut now, and all of it, the music years, the moves, the time in Croatia, shapes every itinerary I build.
