Where Dubrovnik’s Stone Heritage Meets Adriatic Design
The 55 sea-view rooms and suites at Villa Dubrovnik take their names from expressions in an old Dubrovnik dialect, and that sense of place carries through the design. Studio Arthur Casas built each room and suite around the city's stone tradition, working original Croatian stone into a palette of whites, sandy tones, and beige, set against sea blue, greenery, and the terracotta of the city's rooftops. From the room, the views run out over the Adriatic, Lokrum Island, and Dubrovnik's Old Town.
Getting to the Old Town is part of the experience: guests can take a scenic Venetian speedboat transfer, or a free car transfer in summer, rather than a standard taxi ride. Back at the hotel, there's a private beach, a heated indoor/outdoor pool with floor-to-ceiling sea views, and four bars and restaurants, including the Michelin Guide-recommended Pjerin and Galanto, Dubrovnik's only rooftop bar. Villa Spa rounds things out with Turkish and Finnish saunas and treatments using Sodashi products.
