Nolinski Venezia occupies Venice's former Stock Exchange, its grand facade still decorated with mythical creatures, now home to interiors that blend Art Nouveau, mid-century modern, and contemporary design under the joint direction of Yann Le Coadic and Alessandro Scotto. The 43 rooms, including 13 suites, each carry their own look, but share dramatic headboards, mango wood paneling, soft pink velvet accents, and boldly tiled bathrooms.
Chef Philip Chronopoulos runs both of the hotel's restaurants: Palais Royal Restaurant Venezia, set inside the building's former Modernist auditorium for fine dining, and Il Caffè, tucked into the courtyard for Mediterranean-inspired plates.
